I have a +36 minute change but online no available changes show up. Called and the agent said 36 minutes wasnt enought of a delay for a free change -- even though the email stated that I could "rebook at no extra cost". The agent even transfered me to her supervisor who also said NO - I could not rebook at no extra cost (and offered the change at $500). Insisted that the scheduled change had to be 50 minutes or more for "no extra cost." Frustrating! Was the email wrong? Or should I call again?
