I booked a J award ticket through Aeroplan, which includes DOH-SYD and SYD-DOH legs operated under this wet lease. I am trying to find my booking so I can select my seats but can't seem to do so. AC have provided me with a VA PNR, which doesn't return anything on their website. I have been on the phone with all 3 airlines and they are all referring me to each other. I also provided the ticket number and the only thing I am able to get is that my booking is confirmed, but they can't give me access to it.
