Clearly the curtain can move so if you seat was beyond the first x rows you are out of luck , or indeed in luck ( if an inch is lucky ) if in economy with a forward seat.
The new planes are more dense so it is also possible my memory is correct but it has now gone away.

As advised above, Aerolopa is the best source for accurate and specific info.
But for non-exit/bulkhead seats it’s quite straightforward…
Any row that can be converted to CE pitch is 30” on any A319/320/321 (including 320/321neo and Euroflyer) and on the Cityflyer E190 pitch is 33” (but no blocked seat on the latter)
