Agree.
Nothing new or unexpected with LH IT, but it's obvious that there was no (reasonable) testing before this went live.
The number of issues is just too big.
Maybe that's the new community approach:
LH saves the cost and the know-how for testing, and lets the customers profit from the mistakes.
A bit unusual, and I wouldn't do that, but why not?
