I seem to remember that the first x rows on short haul had marginally more legroom ( as in an inch ).

BA advertise 30 inch pitch for club Europe and Google AI ( not the most reliable beast ) says CE is 30 and economy 29.

Clearly the curtain can move so if you seat was beyond the first x rows you are out of luck , or indeed in luck ( if an inch is lucky ) if in economy with a forward seat.

The new planes are more dense so it is also possible my memory is correct but it has now gone away.

Does anyone know the answer ?
