I've used around 30 SUA's over the last 4 or 5 years and never have had one expire. If you book far enough in advance like I do, they are pretty easy to use. To me SUA’S are the most valuable perk of the WOH program.
This, and also the ability to use points entirely or cash + points to directly book into suites at a much better rate than cash rates, are the main reasons why I choose Hyatts.
