I know this is how it is usually done, but there are exceptions. (Chase Sapphire lounges collect fees directly from Priority Pass members. VS lounge at LAX collects a $35 "upgrade" fee directly from visitors, not through Priority Pass.) This suggests that Priority Pass' payment policies and software have become more flexible, and inasmuch as Capital One did not spell out how the guest fees would be collected, I remain curious to see how it will be implemented.
Priority Pass Members will be able to use one visit entitlement per calendar year across the Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club network. Thereafter you will be charged a preferential rate of US$75 per person per visit, payable to the lounge upon entry.
Access to this lounge is available to Cardholders with a standard visit allocation, plus an upgrade fee of US$35 per person, payable directly to the lounge upon entry. Guests are subject to the same fee.
