It will be interesting to see if the $35 Priority Pass guest fee is collected at the lounge, or billed to the member's credit card.
It is billed by PP. The lounges don’t have access to how many guests are allowed for a particular PP membership. They just log the number of guests and PP’s backend manages the rest.
