LONDON: Marble Arch vs JW Grosvenor House ?
May have to go to London shortly, and was looking at hotels.
  1. Wow, that’s expensive
  2. Any reason to spend up from Marble Arch to the JW at GH?
  3. Why do so many hotels show up as unavailable on the Marriott search page, but are bootable on the individual hotel website?
