We had a recent stay here. Great location, on Flinders Street. No executive lounge. As HHD, continental breakfast is free; full breakfast added $10 pp. Breakfast served 6:30 - 10:30 am. No drink vouchers offered. We each received a Doubletree cookie on check-in. Generally we had no complaints. Cost is much less than other Hiltons.
Wow, this is a real downgrade from my stay just a few years again. Glad (despite my other problem) that I selected the NEXT hotel a month ago instead of this property. They used to be very good - but seems that with nice elite benefits to compensate those mouse hole size rooms with no view - the slightly extra for the Next was a good choice.
Sad to see that all the Hilton group hotels in Melbourne area have degraded.
