UPDATE: We've had an aircraft change and the BA2036 is now BA2034. Looks like the lucky ducks in CW have the Club Suites. But alas....I am still on the opposite side of the plane from my kids. Customer service has been utterly useless in sorting this out unfortunately. I'm crossing my fingers there is some movement available when we check in this evening but not feeling very optimistic this will be settled before we arrive at the airport tomorrow.
