As promised, I had the linguini and it honestly was pretty dang good. Def one of the more flavorful pasta options (although I wouldn’t call it spicy). And the pasta was cooked pretty al dente too. I’d def add this to my list of acceptable AA meals. The cauliflower starter was alright…just like a piece of cold cauliflower. But that was made up for with the non-pictured pretzel rolls that were on offer (2nd time I’ve been served pretzel rolls on non-flagship flights ex-JFK, maybe a new change?). As is SOP for 1300mi+ flights, ice cream and cheese were served post meal. Will also say the very junior crew on this flight were exceptional and post meal they would come around every 15 mins for drinks and other requests.
