Still nothing. It's been an entire quarter since I began contacting them and at least 4 "deadlines" for the issue to be resolved have passed. I spoke with someone on 5/23 who advised that they would raise a case with Barclays and that it should take about a week. No resolution and they are not replying to any emails from
[email protected], even with an updated timeline. I even received a generic email from them posturing about allowing people to keep the misplaced loyalty points for both years and advising that the issue has been resolved.... except on my account it hasn't. I understand that there's a million bajillion fliers and they don't care about my individual experience, but the incompetence is stag-ger-ing, in the words of Selina Meyer.
At this rate if it weren't for the Oneworld participation and miles value from the program I'd have jumped ship to United without a second thought.
