From other bases. Most if not all of the LGA pairings are garbage and a lot of FAs try and drop those pairings. Most of the EWR based FAs either live on the Jersey side or commute in. There’s very few that live on the NY side.
It appears there was no change in co terminals in the new agreement. It is by the way quite difficult to run an efficient operation out of LGA without a local base. You get poor weather in the evening and your morning bank the next day gets wiped out without local reserves.
