Unable To Check In Online
I'm hoping someone can give me some pointers here. We're trying to check in for EDI>LHR>LAS tomorrow and we're being told that our travel document details aren't valid.

We've checked everything, including the ESTA status, and it all looks fine to us. Any ideas what's going on?
