apologies - was not sure where to put it, so if it can be moved this will be great. Respectively disagree - they did not even verify my booking, they quoted the prices of independent single rooms for different composition/number of people then mine. I did not provide screenshots - I provided actual email confirmations from both booking.com and Bonvoy showing the difference of 138 CHF between the two exact same reservations - under the same dates, same number of people, inclusive of taxes and flexible. I made both bookings within hours of each other; they only reviewed the following day; despite, their review did not include my parameters. Instead, they quoted a single room rate for two adults and no children. When I repeated the same search on the same date as BRG, but for my composition, I got exactly the same result as the day before when I made my bookings - i.e. 138 CHF difference.

So spare me pls of Marriott BRG being the best. thank you.
