I'm still baffled that BAC has gone down a loyalty £££ spend route that is comparable to US $$$ programs, and yet the program doesn't appear to have improved. Yup 2 months into BAC and still no bag tags for this GGL.

If you spent £60k / ~$80k with Delta (Diamond and probably Delta 360) or American (probably CK) they at least send you nice bag tags. I just completed the Delta status match to Platinum and the metal bag tags and tie look indestructible. My luggage handle is more likely to break off.
