Flights out of DTW are double catered at DFW, so no preorder. Choices were "chicken" and "salad". I chose the latter. The "chicken" was chicken parmesan. I have no idea what name you would give this salad, but the ingredients were fresh. My major complaint would be the very bland dressing. I would have killed for a couple of the oil+balsamic packets.
They call that the "Buddha Bowl" (I had that from CLT-DFW two weeks ago) -- though that's not really the dish I'd imagine from the name.
It's a Green Goddess dressing in the ramekin, which I liked, but to me there didn't seem to be enough dressing for the size of the "salad". After eating about half of it, I found I was left with a bowl of fresh but rather bland vegetables.
The stuffed pepper appetizer was the highlight of the tray, with a pepper that was surprisingly spicy.
