Thanks for the information everyone! We decided on the Lokalist but strongly considered the Radisson Pera, given its proximity to the Golden Horn. In addition to the recommendations here, we found that those were the only two on the list that had "Walkability" scores of 100 on TA. We each booked a single room (due to our different tickets) and will ask for one double room at the hotel. I was thinking of calling the hotel in advance and seeing if I can add my Marriott Gold number to the reservation and get a feel for how they might deal with the two single rooms.

We will probably pre-order a car to take us to/from the Lokalist. We've used Welcome PickUps in the past in other cities and it's worked pretty well. Looking forward to our trip!! Thank you again.
