IDK why they have those signs there since there is never anyone downstairs at YUL DOM to direct traffic. Unlike YUL INTL, YVR DOM, etc. there isn't a place for an agent, and last time I was there the only thing by the front door was what looked like junk left over from the YUL Cafe construction.
Every time there is a line I see it snaking down the stairs. At which point I probably don't want to be in that place anyway ... shudder.
