We arrived in T5 ORD last Monday. GE process was to queue for picture, then receive a paper GE flier to hand to the customs officer on exit. Kiosks were not in use and were off to the side covered up. We have not used the kiosks in a while.
We arrived at ORD at 6:45 pm yesterday and waited 15 minutes in the GE line, which snaked around the corner. There was the one camera in operation with an agent who yelled "you're good" after each photo. This was by far the longest I've waited in multiple arrivals at ORD.
