Didn't work with the number either. This was a travel agent booking though and those tickets have been giving me hell in other ways, so perhaps that's what's blocking it. Eventually an agent in the lounge was able to get the number in (WITH EBG in front) but then it didn't populate the status for the reservation, I am doubtful the miles will credit.
