You realize that the only way it could be accounted for is to deny others a 4pm checkout or not designate all the suites available for TSU. That they have two types of suites available for TSU, one with a separate bedroom, is above and beyond what many other Hyatts do.
It is only by being flexible with the checkin time that they can have maximum SUA availability. The complaint is not a valid one.
