Just go to customer service, bring the receipt, be extremely polite and ask them to fix it. They will. Try to go at a quieter time of day, like 11 am or 7 pm because they have to manually add points in blocks of like 500
ETA: I didn’t see how widespread an issue this was. If this happens to me this is what I will be doing but I have a good relationship with my stores CS team so ymmv
