I was on one of the refreshed 800s last week ANC-SEA so ~3.5 hours in seat. I was fine for the flight and am usually squirming to find a more comfortable position (spoiler: there is none) after an hour on the 321NEO. Subjectively the seats felt more padded, though YMMV.

I’m an aisle guy so didn’t try it but these seats do appear to require less contortionism to get in and out of the window seat. DL shows an inch or two more pitch in F on the 800, which I suspect is the difference.
