If I were you I’d just ask the Globalist line to create a case number for you, then book yourself into another property (doesn’t have to be a Hyatt). Then in probably 3ish days Hyatt will usually send you about 20-25k points as compensation.
this is one area where hyatt falls behind the competition IMO, a globalist should not be walked and if they are there should be specific comp for that, making it less likely for a glob to be walked. That said I have never been walked from any chain but friends have been walked many times from marriott etc and the comp does make up a little for the trouble
