And just a follow up to my last post. I’m currently sitting in1A waiting to depart CDG-EDI. I’ve flown 6 flights now with EasyJet Plus. Here’s my summary:

Boarding
EasyJet have this nailed. And today, when SpeedyBoarding, we had a bus gate. I got on the bus, but the service agent directed me to the other half of the bus. Much to my surprise there was a Tensa barrier in the bus, separating SpeedyBoarders from the rest of the aircraft. When we got to the plane, the driver opened the doors for the SpeedyBoarders and everyone else had to wait. Group 0 flyers, I can feel your pain.

Weirdly, we were bussed from 2B to 2D - climbers some stairs and onto the jet bridge. So we were bussed to a jet bridge - I don’t think that’s ever happened to me before either.

Here’s the Tensa:

Seating
Im pretty sure I’ve had 1A for all six flights. And there’s never been anyone sitting next to me. I think for 4 flights the whole row was clear, aside from 1A. I’m the only one in row 1 today.

BOB
Reasonable value I would say. And EasyJet Plus gets a 10% discount. You just show your card.

On Time
So far, one flight 10 minutes late. Today’s flight is fully boarded right now with 15 minutes until departure.

Flight Changes
I moved two of my flights to an earlier departure time. You can only do this for the return flight. As today’s flight was leaving early morning, and EasyJet phone lines are not open, I was able to change it yesterday for free. No issues.

Appreciate this is only a snapshot. And there are other aspects to service, including what happens when things go wrong. But I think I will be renewing, even at the full price.
