Just for a DP YWG MLL Domestic did allow entry with a UA First Ticket.
Passengers departing from YWG generally can't access this area but if you have a connecting flight (AC or not) or you request a gate pass they still let you in (they don't ask how you got there).
Granted if already in domestic Plaza Lounge is usually better option.
