I’m not sure what you are proposing if a previous guest is allowed to check out at 4pm (as were you) but you expect to get access to the room at 3pm?

And yes the suites do have some enchanted amenities such as Molton Brown. The standard rooms have the regular HR Pharmacopia brand. And I don’t think the mini bottles are intended as “take me home” but obviously you can if you so desire.
