The far majority of business class lounges rely heavily on self service, and will continue to do so unless you want to reduce the footfall to first class lounge levels. I am probably more for a self service lounge, than a table service lounge where there is no option to be seated quickly or you can't have a quick bite as you have to wait for service. In a too busy lounge, things just get worse if it has to be serviced.
Exactly! I'm a huge supporter of reducing footfall.
