OTOH at YYZ or YUL they are pretty much invisible, except if one goes look for them.
They're definitely not as visible as the outstations but also the number of SEs they handle at YYZ & YUL will be exponantially higher than SEs passing through overseas airports. There have been times when I was the only SE on a TATL flight so obviously the care & attention received in such a situation will be vastly different than in a hub airport.
