I doubt that's intentional theft on BFMR side, they just can't/won't do anything with it. It's not new really, they had many issues with TBA trackings theft in the past to the point that discord regulars just stopped sending from Amazon to them.

They do seem to get new buyers willing to send them stuff from Amazon (these current issues are a proof) so I guess it doesn't hurt their business too much.
