It’s for my upcoming CDG–JFK segment, operated by Air France. Here are the details:
  • Booked on an Air France-issued ticket in full-flex business (J class)
  • Next Saturday, 7th of June
  • Routing: AMS–CDG on KLM, then CDG–JFK on Air France
  • Outbound was JFK–LHR on Virgin (AF codeshare)
  • CDG–JFK segment shows P4 / F1 on ExpertFlyer
  • this flight is operated with the new LP
No upgrade option is showing yet online. Has anyone had similar luck getting an offer to LP in this configuration? Do I need to wait until check-in?
If this is AF4 (departing 10:30) or AF8 (4:30 PM) you have a chance as there’s still P4 / 1F or 2F respectively at time of writing. AF2 and AF6 are at 0 seats free in LP. It would show up at check-in and if it does not it’s worth calling in to ask. If not open for upgrades, but seats stay empty, remaining upsells will be done at 8 hours prior to departure, so you can ring in to ask for a last minute upgrade or ask at the airport.
