Big kudos to Doris at FRA concierge. Was on an incoming flight from BER that was delayed and I didn’t get to the gate until after all passengers had boarded the onward flight to Toronto. She literally ran with me from the tunnel, expedited me through passport control and then to my gate. Had the bus waiting to take me to the remote gate and handed me my new BP with the J upgrade confirmed. She kept me informed the entire time, calling and emailing when needed to make sure I was ok. Thank you FRA concierge team for moving mountains for me to get home.
