What was good and what was bad?

GOOD
- Absolutely adorable staff
- Elegant and peaceful atmosphere.

- Beautiful renovation of the property, while retaining its historic charm
- Solid restaurant with terrace
- Very good breakfast: high quality products (particularly the choice of cheeses)
- Very pleasant Biologique Recherche spa with indoor swimming pool
- Bicycles (including electric ones) are available free of charge for visiting the surrounding area (Chantilly Castle is a 30-minute bike ride from the hotel).
- The hotel is set in a remarkable, gigantic park with a tennis court and petanque area.

BAD
- Nothing

Value for $ or IHG One Rewards Club? Would you return?
The hotel really is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in the middle of the forest, just an hour from Paris.

From Paris, you can take the RER train or regional train to Orry-la-Ville-Coye station (€8.5 ticket), then take an Uber/Bolt for less than €12 (note that drivers often miss the hotel entrance).

Less than 30 minutes from Gare du Nord station, than 10 minutes drive. It is always a pleasure to see that in Europe, and especially in France, InterContinental hotels are consistently at a much higher standard than what you typically find in the United States.

This is true not only for the high quality of the dining experience, but also for the atmosphere, the design, and the overall level of service.
