For what it's worth, I've just received an email from Iberia offering to bid for an upgrade. It's defaulting to about £430 each way for a "Poor" bid. The minimum bid is about £365 and the maximum is about £1350. I'm going to wait for the OLCI offer, and maybe try the SeatBoost app.
