I just made a redemption. But, even though I selected the correct date, it booked us on the flight the day before. So, I went in to change the ticket. I had to fiddle with the date to get the correct date to show up.(wanted to leave on the 4th, had to tell the system to book for the 5th).
It charged me $55*2 for the change. Then, the system says that it can’t issue the new ticket and to call their operations. Now, no Avios, no ticket and extra charges on my credit card. Sigh…
