IC seems to have fixed the issue. My app and website show a banner for me to use a Chase card for the $ 10 monthly credit. The credit was auto applied.

Additionally, in my credits area IC is showing additional promos for Chase cards of $ 10 for the end of May (a few more hours) plus new offers of $ 10 for a local supermarket and Costco.

These new benefits may turn out to be a useful coupon scheme.
