Just redeemed a bunch of Avios on another OW airline for myself and spouse. BA was supposed to send the booking confirmation to me (at least that's what the screenshot says). Nothing came after a few hours. The booking also wasn't displayed in MMB. So I went to MMB, added the booking manually, and triggered another booking confirmation email. Also nothing arrived overnight.

I know sometimes it goes to the other passenger's email address, but I checked, also nada.

I rely on these emails to simply forward to TripIt for our family's itinerary, else I have to type each segment manually.

Has BA stopped sending booking confirmations or is this down to its "wonderful" IT again?
