BRG disaster

"Hotel Name: The Park Lane Hong Kong, Autograph Collection
Arrival Date: July , 2025
Reservation Confirmation Number: xxxxxx

I am unable to approve your claim because I am not locating a comparable rate on xxx.com that includes a 10% discount on food, beverages and laundry service for a Deluxe King, City View. Please know we must compare the same inclusions that are listed with your Marriott reservation."

So everything has changed recently with the new rules and of course I cannot use the "Member flexible rates" anymore, if a "fantasy rate" exist with a lower price.
