I did my third card without any issue as well…in fact I noticed that since I have 3 cards registered I don’t need to charge one order on each card,,,I could put all three on the same card, as long as it is put on one of the three that get the credit.
As for not complaining….yes, I think IC is bad…dealing with their customer service is painful, so while im definitely happy they fixed it, I did not call at all as it wasn’t worth the painful interactions and trying to explain something they didn’t understand!
nice. good to hear. yes, after u register each card, the credit just gets saved on ur profile. BUT, u have to use the promo family card thats used to register.
for example - u cant use ink to pay when u got promo from UA cards. same for cobrands.
i still have issues. ton of missing credits. but like u said, all these tech companies like IC DDash GHub etc employ 3rd world country support staff. huge headaches. i might as well call a scam center in india. its the same outcome.
