Denied Star G lounge @ LAX. on business class tickets
Anyone know why the wife and I were denied the STAR lounge at lax yesterday on business class ticktes? Tickets were bought using Air France miles a year ago. The agent at check in wrote no lounge on our boarding pass, which was confirmed at the lounge. Our names were on a "no lounge" list. We ended up in the AMEX Cent lounge
