I’m not current wrt knowledge of the ATL SKyClubs, but OP might consider booking a longer ATL layover for more time to take advantage of the better/newer/more modern ones (E/F; showers?)
While I've gotten mixed answers from DL agents, it doesn't appear that I could use the DL SkyClub in ATL, as it's an economy ticket. I do have Priority Pass and Amex Platinum, so maybe I could hit up something else there, if they are open at 5:30 am and time permits.

I think that in MIA, I could use the DL SkyClub for the AF flight, maybe 3 hours before and maybe longer due to the connecting flight (mixed answers, no one was sure). Other options are Turkish Air Lounge near the DL and AF gates (Priority Pass), or the Amex Centurion Lounge, inconveniently located near the AA D gates, on the other side of the airport from DL and AF, but they'd be the most likely to let us stay there for quite a few hours w/the proof of connection..
