No such service has been planned, and it would be highly unlikely. It is not a sufficiently large market for NY or PHL origin & destination traffic, and would be poor aircraft utilization. Plenty of options to connect, including Dallas (American), Chicago (United), Houston (United), Mexico City (Aeromexico/Delta and Viva).

I do not believe either city ever has had a nonstop flight to ZIH.
