Did you buy a Basic fare after 5/28 and then try to cancel one leg after 24 hours? Or was this a pre-5/28 ticket?
I had a roundtrip purchased pre-5/28 and today I was able to cancel just the outbound (today's flight) on the app and keep the return flight under the same confirmation number.
