It just occurred to me that we've been focused on SAN-MIA, but have overlooked the obvious fact that there are many better ways to get between SAN and Europe than via MIA (in fact, I'm hard pressed to think of a less desirable connection point...and the back-to-back red eye proposition would make that a complete non starter for me). Can you replace MIA with somewhere else?
