I prepaid for wifi and it turned out to be inop on my A350 to ATL. I can't find the email with the receipt in it and apparently they can't look it up using my PNR. Is the next best step calling and trying to talk with an agent? Or is there a way for me to send a message? I tried filling out a refund form but it was rejected.
