BA award seats available in business both directions. Cash fare for Y is $1300, W $5200 (only W class available) and J $7300. Is that a single fare? Seems a lot these figures. It may be cheaper to buy a return (or even buy Avios), though you did say RT. Perhaps no Saturday night or a very short stay?
For POUGs, it's got to a POUG type reservations - see posts above, but no connections / onward flights or other complications. And the way to portray this is that after you buy the ticket, add 48 hrs, then wait for the next midnight GMT, and then at some point thereafter POUGs may (or may not) become available. A complicated way of saying "about 72 hours".
