The cheeses in business are preplated, but pretty good.
The other day I was so full from lunch, I didn’t even eat the pre-arrival snack which was a “vegetarian pastilla with lemon sauce.”
On the CDG-MEX flight in F the second meal was a complete service (veal, among other choices), which was very good. All this depends on the length and time of the flight.
CDG-ATL, the pre-arrival snack (in F) was risotto (no choice) cut in to squares that reminded me of those rice crispy-marshmallow things!
Remember you get those petit-fours and the sorbets along with coffee and dessert!!! ^
