We were not offered option to select or purchase seats when booking on website. it says we have to wait until check in, which we do not want to do.
Have called twice and customer service reps both told us that they're having system issues and that they cannot assign seats.
Any suggestions on what we can do to be sure we are sitting together?
This is our first experience flying BA.
